Unfortunately, remote access to our subscription-based electronic resources is restricted to current Northwestern University students, faculty, and staff.
Access to electronic resources such as databases can be used on publicly accessible library computers. Visitors will have to obtain a guest NetID  for the computers at the Information Commons Desk in the Main Library. Users will have to show a valid picture ID in order to obtain a guest NetID.
For more information on databases and remote access, please contact the Reference Department http://www.library.northwestern.edu/about/library-administration/departments-offices/reference-department/ask-librarian
For more information on guest NetID, please contact the InfoCommons Desk (847) 491-7658 or ic@northwestern.edu
