As of 2022, Northwestern University’s WGN radio archive (1941-2011) is currently unprocessed and unavailable for research or reproduction. Although inventorying has begun for the collection, which includes more than 15,000 audio recordings dating mainly 1980s-1990s, it will take our staff some years to complete. Until we know more about this collection, we cannot provide access to original recordings or supply digital copies.
